The project is mainly divided into two parts: the first part is the command hall, the staff will realize the convergence and analysis of all kinds of field video, pictures, location, human flow, personnel access and other information, to achieve all-weather monitoring and early warning; the second part is the consultation room, using paperless conference system, where the staff will report the emergency situation, command decision, disposal and scheduling.
